How does online coaching works?
1. Choose the plan that suits you: 4 weeks or 8 weeks.
2. Complete payment with your personal information.
3. You will receive a payment notification and then an email where you must complete a questionnaire with all your personal information. This questionnaire will be the basis for adjusting the plan to your needs.
4. You will receive your complete plan 3 to 5 days before your chosen start date.
